Once you have landed, please make your way to the baggage carousel claim area where your driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.
International Arrivals
After passing through Customs and Immigration and entering into the arrival hall your driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.
Departure Information
Please ensure you provide your departing flight number and time when making your reservation. This will ensure a stress free departure. Recommended pick up times and arrival time to the airport may change depending on local events, time of departure, terminal required (Domestic or International).
Delayed Flights
Oasis Transport track and monitor all arriving flights. In the event of a delay there is no need to contact us, we will have our driver meet you accordingly.

We were met by our driver, Jenna, in the baggage area of the airport. She was very nice and friendly. She pointed out some points of interest along the route to Port Douglas, she also stopped at a scenic outlook so we could take pictures. Our return driver was Glenn, he was on time and also very friendly. Glenn even stopped to pick up a couple of packages of TimTams, which we had never eaten before. Yum. This was definitely an excellent transfer option to and from the airport. We would highly recommend this service to anyone.
