From pick up in Cairns by coach to the day out on the boat out to Agincourt Reef, simply excellent!!! We had the best time! Snorkeling for the first time in the Great Barrier Reef with this company, is a memory I’ll keep forever! The knowledge and friendliness by all of the staff is a credit to the owner. I’ve already recommended this trip to friends travelling next month.

The trip out 1.5hrs, the trip back 1.5hrs, 3 hrs on the boat just travelling, as soon as you arrive lunch is served :) salads, cold meat, prawns, nice food! Staff on the boat are very friendly. Ok pontoon- this is where you lose points. It absolutely is outdated and it stinks of bird poo, almost enough to make you dry reach. Once you in the water you obviously dont notice, but not a pleasant smell at all. The reef is always beautiful and the water is warm, I personally hate that you are all crammed into such a small space to swim. The underwater viewing on the pontoon is ok but needs new glass. I think 200ppl x $250 per person ($50k for a day) take out a % to upgrade the facilities on the pontoon. It wll only be of benefit to the business.

We had the most outstanding day with Quicksilver, inclusive of incredible weather! The snorkelling locations were unbelievable, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins, turtles, sharks and so many fish! The guides are highly informed and the service and food were outstanding.

Very well organised - everything we needed was available and staff were friendly and helpful. Very sad to see the reef in decline though.

Great trip but lots of people. Snorkeling area gets pretty crowded so unlikely to see any turtles. Semi submersible was fun and we saw a lot, including a couple of turtles. Very well organised for lunch. Helicopter ride was great. If you don't mind lots of people, there was about 280, this is for you. Personally, I prefer smaller groups.

What more can I say after spending a glorious day on one of the worlds natural wonders. Professional, fun and informative day. No doubt going on the Silversonic boat was a good choice with less people. Fun ride out and back.

Amazing day out with Family to enjoy one of our worlds amazing natural wonders. The weather was perfect and the crew were fantastic. Our Aunty fell ill before we got on the boat and they went out of their way to help with one of them (Rachel)staying on land to help. Our cruise out to the reef was beautiful with plenty of food and drink available for the ride. The lunch out on the reef was fresh, flavoursome and plenty of it to refuel for our swimming adventures. My family had a great time exploring and swimming amongst the fish and reef until we were totally worn out. Such a well run and caring business. Call out to Liam for his contact and updates on our Aunty🙏

The Great Barrier Reef is a special place but I didn’t realise how beautiful it was going to be until we were there. Quicksilver have their own pontoon at the reef so we were able to enjoy it from that. A beautiful buffet Lunch, tea and coffee were provided ALL the staff were sooo kind and friendly. And so Knowledgeable The boat ride was smooth and we had plenty of room to move about. It was clean despite all the families on board. When you get to the pontoon you can hire your gear for snorkelling, scuba etc. it was so spacious on the pontoon and lots of undercover areas to take a break from the sun. There’s a semi submersible boat to take you along the reef for a look at the fish and coral. It was really informative and interesting to see the coral from this angle. Probably our most cherished moment was the helicopter trip we took from the pontoon. At an additional cost it takes you up and over the reef. The guys were super nice and again nothing was a problem and they gave you all the information of the area. Through tears of joy I could see all the colours of the reef. It’s so worth the extra cost as I’ll dream of that trip forever. The day ended far too soon for my liking (despite being out all day and getting kissed by the tropical sunshine). The trip back was enjoyable. Take a moment to sit outside and take in the bluest blue water our country has to offer. Thank you quicksilver for the best day. When we come back I won’t hesitate to do your tour again

The whole experience was amazing. The crew were all lovely & everyone played an important role to the tour which clearly showed. We would highly recommend doing the Marine Biologist tour. We had Hayley as our guide, her knowledge & enthusiasm towards her work & the reef made it feel a whole lot more special.
