A pleasant day. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Lunch was a good smorgasbord. The "Yacht" was comfortable. The glass bottom boat excursion skippered by a marine biologist was the highlight of the day

Really impressed!! Amazing experience with best customer service we've had. We are a family of 4 with a 9 year old and 6 year old. The staff were extremely friendly and engaging. The boat was in excellent condition and one of the cleanest we've been on. The toilets and change rooms on board were very clean. They provided tea & coffee with biscuits on arrival. Lunch and afternoon tea were also great, catering for both adults and kids. If you had a medical condition the lifeguard went through a detailed conversation with us based on the forms we filled out. Lifeguard was also very attentive on the beach always monitoring the snorkellers. He also provided a very detailed debrief on the areas designated to snorkel. The island was great and there are plenty of rich reef area straight off the beach. All Lycra suits, snorkelling equipment, buoyancy vests and pool noodles are provided in the boat and included in the cost. The crew were simply brilliant. They were the friendliest bunch. They provided everyone with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine on the way back. One of the crew members played great live music on the outdoor deck on the way back. I would definitely recommend this to any family with young kids.

Absolutely superb full day trip to the low isles from Port Douglas. We looked at several options and this was recommended by our accommodation. I am so glad we did this one. Beautiful clean boat with morning tea, wonderful buffet style lunch and afternoon tea/glass of bubbles all provided. Air conditioning and very comfortable. Snorkels, life jackets, suits etc all included and in perfect condition. The crew were also very informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great for our two children (8 and 6) and snorkelling from the beach was much easier than out in the open ocean. We saw so much marine life including sea turtles and reef sharks. The glass bottom boat was great too. Highly recommend this trip!
