We were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler and we had a fantastic day. Kord was our pilot again and we had the best helicopter trip out to the reef and back. The lady who greeted us at the starting point was also lovely. All the staff out at the Quicksilver pontoon were also very helpful - especially the young fellow who picked us up from the helicopter and drove us in the boat to the pontoon. Thank You so much - it was the highlight of our trip.

The helicopter tour out to the Quick Silver reef platform was incredible. Lasting 35 minutes, the scenery was spectacular and our pilots commentary very informative. If you compare the premium over taking the boat both ways, the helicopter ride was fantastic value for money. Once at the platform, we were greeted by a host who filled us in on the various included activities. The glass bottom boat was average, but the snorkelling was brilliant, and the buffet lunch very nice. In theory there was a pretty full number of tourists but heaps of space and no delays at all. The cruise back on e boat was fine - but made us realise how special the helicopter flight out was. Overall an outstanding experience that made our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable

We did a scenic tour operated by Nautilus Aviation leaving from the Quicksilver outer Great Barrier Reef platform, returning to Port Douglas (ie we skipped the boat ride back). Nautilus Aviation were fantastic - a great experience and definitely worth doing. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience, no better way to see the beautiful reef than from above and then from within 😍

My brother and I took the 1 hour flight to see the reef and rainforest. We had a warm welcome and took off. We were up high so didn’t see any real details, which was disappointing, blue water and the tops of trees, some waterfalls in the distance. We had hoped for a few closer views. We both felt $699 each was a lot for not much.

My husband booked a trip as an anniversary surprise. What a wonderful experience it was. We had the 2 hours on Vlasoff Cay and it was probably a once in a lifetime experience. It was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Kord our pilot for a wonderful day - one that we will never forget. The views of the stingrays and turtles etc was something to behold. It was certainly surreal.
