Enjoy hotel pickup from Port Douglas or Palm Cove (NOT available from Cairns) at 11 am or 8.30 am with a maximum of only 20 guests guaranteeing you personal service and great commentary along the way. Head straight to Kuranda Village up the Kuranda Range and travel through some of the oldest rainforest on earth. On arrival in Kuranda you'll be shown around this, 'Village in the rainforest' famous for its colorful arts and crafts markets leaving you to enjoy the village. After approximately 3-hours in Kuranda it's time for a trip back down the scenic Kuranda range stopping at Henry Ross look out for breath taking views over the region. You'll then head up the coast to stunning Palm Cove where you'll be shown the palm fringed Esplanade before enjoying a cold drink, or cocktail (at own expense) overlooking the beautiful beach.

This is the best of both worlds - a beautiful slow train trip that is breathtaking in its views and a heart stopping tree top Skyrail. This was an amazing day out with Dale, our tour guide - he completely looked after everything we needed and shared his fantastic knowledge.

Thanks to our tour guide Andrea, I now know more about the history of Cairns/ Port Douglas than most locals.

From start to finish this was a great tour
Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable, We didn’t have to worry about anything. Andrea was there to manage it all.
We were lucky to have beautiful weather on the day, the sky rail was a fantastic way to see the area, our time in Kuranda was good and we had time to wander the market and visit the Koala gardens for a koala cuddle
We had some lunch along the street where there were the usual takeaway places, if I’d realised that there were some more interesting places within the market I’d have preferred to eat there instead

What a great day out, Dale our tour guide was a champion, great knowledge and a very caring person making sure we are all happy, took he’s time, very easy person to get along with, so happy we had Dale on our second tour. I recommend this is a great touring company, thank you Dale and all. Dales a big keeper.

Wow what can I say this was a great half day trip to kuranda via the Skyrail as the train was canceled due to weather. Brett was very informative and funny. The town was not bad we had lunch at the frog Cafe and then had a walk around before going to the Barron Falls look out then a tour of the town and headed back to Palm Cove where Brett organised for us to have a farewell drink at the surf club. I would highly recommend Brett and his tour. Thank you Brett from Stewart and Caroll

A really great tour package, picked up from our accomadation at Port Douglas on time.
A very informative commentary on our way to the skyrail. Our tickets and seating was organised by Andrea while I bought my coffee. At Kuranda train station we were taken up to the village, which was a good way to save a walk. After ample time in the markets and the wildlife parks we were taken to the gondolas for the downward journey which was a fantastic experience.
At all key points of the travel Andrea was there assisting and guiding us in the right direction, going above and beyond.
In summary a must do.

What a great day had by all. This excursion was absolutely fantastic and would thoroughly recommend you book via Brett's Kuranda Tours they looked after us fantastically from the moment we were picked up till drop off. The skyrail was a little intimidating for us people with no head for heights but well worth it.The train down was the highlight for (pay the extra and go vip you won't regret it)me the scenery and waterfalls were magic also a big thank you to Chris our driver who kept us entertained with his knowledge and banter loved it again thank you for a great day.
