Seat in Coach is our shared service and popular with families, couples, backpackers and the cost conscious traveller. We also offer a several Private Transfer options. These range from limousines, seven seater People Movers to the larger 20 seaters and our Silver Service for that very special occasion. On disembarkation please go directly to the Arrivals Hall. There, you will be greeted by one of our friendly uniformed staff members. They will be holding a board with your name clearly printed on it. Please make yourself known to them to register and receive instructions first, then collect your luggage. Your bus will arrive 10 mins after landing. If you have a Private Transfer booked, your driver will be waiting for you at your carousel, no matter what time of day you arrive.

Service provided was punctual and extremely efficient in planing of pick ups and drop offs at various locations. Wayne our driver, an interactive tour guide type, provided ongoing information about the area throughout our scenic drive from Port Douglas to Cairns. And he had a good sense of humour. Well recommend and a great scenic drive along the Captain Cook Highway.

Great driver. Gave commentary but needs a mic. We were in back row so couldn’t hear. Our plane was early so had to wait 45 mins for bus.

The driver was lovely, unfortunately I was under the impression that it was direct to port Douglas and after a 4am wake up with 2 kids and 2 flights, I was a bit frustrated that it went via Palm Cove to drop people off too. Still, we got here in the end and it was a clean, comfortable shuttle.
