Our small unique operation in Port Douglas is the most personal day boat visiting the outer reef taking a maximum of just 12 passengers on board per trip, ensuring you’ll enjoy a very exclusive day. Our trip can take us to several outer reef locations where our very special Great Barrier Reef marine park permit allows us to roam the reefs freely and be away from other tourists and crowded reef locations. Because we have the ability to be able to roam all the reefs off Port Douglas it means we can frequently change our snorkel locations. Ensuring the wildlife acts naturally and does not begin shying from busy reef spots, so the surprise “big ticket” sightings are frequent and amazing! Our team are in the water with you. If you only do one activity during your trip to Port Douglas, this is the one. It’s not just a great trip to the Reef on an excellent boat with a small group, but the Captain and Crew are are fun, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything the Reef has on show. Turtles, (little!) sharks, rays, ‘Nemo’ and so much more …… we saw the lot. As Molly would say, do yourself a favour!

Simply wonderful. It was my first time on the reef, and Jen and the rest of the crew were fantastic. My partner has snorkled before but on the bigger boats, and reiterated that a smaller charter is far better as it allows you to explore the more remote and untouched parts of the reef. Cannot recommend this tour enough!

The in water activities with plenty of life to discover underwater. The coral glowed iridescent with the sunlight and we were fortunate to see turtles and stingrays plus plenty of crazy colourful fish of all different shapes and sizes. Ab Fab!!

This was the best time I have ever had! The experience was really magical, the riff is the most spectacular thing on Earth. ABC team has made it so unforgettable that I will definitely come back. Hiring an instructor for my daughter was the best monies spent, she enjoyed it more than she was thinking she would be and I had my time to explore the riff for myself. I can’t thank you ABC enough!!!

Fantastic day we had Jen in our group and she was fantastic with her enthusiasm and explanation of everything the rest of the crew were super but Jen had the edge cheers and thanks for a great day
