Villa 105 is located in the exclusive group of villas that surround the main pool at the beautiful Reef Resort - the pool and its entrance are at your doorstep. The Resort's Rachel’s restaurant is just moments away for breakfast, lunch and dinner (subject to seasonal changes), or for those special occasions or for simply enjoying a cup of coffee or drink from the bar, all whilst overlooking the main pool.

THE SPACE
Villa 105 reflects resort living at its very best. Comprising spacious accommodation over 2 storeys, the kitchen, lounge & dining areas are downstairs (with a separate laundry and a full bathroom, shower and WC).

The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, oven with 4 hotplates, microwave and a full array of cutlery & crockery.

Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms, both opening onto the private balcony, with palm filtered views over the main resort pool, just a mango stone's throw away! Upstairs guests enjoy a spacious recently renovated bathroom. The upstairs open living area/retreat boasts a two-seat sofa,ceiling fan, and large picture-window with full blind, for those quiet times, and the sofa quickly converts into a double bed to cater for two more guests. **PLEASE NOTE THAT IF the SOFA BED is REQUIRED to be MADE UP for your stay, WE’D appreciate advice of this WHEN BOOKING or at least ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL **.

The villa has its own large carport, giving level access into the spacious and relaxing lounge & dining area and the modern kitchen.

The rear of the villa opens out onto a private, secluded patio, which is only metres from the main pool's rear gate and the side-gate entry to the Resort's restaurant & bar, but with no pathway at the villa's rear, there is next to no foot-traffic in this area!

Villa 105's location ensures it is one of the closest to the great facilities of the Resort, whilst being one of the most private, tranquil and peaceful villas in the resort!

THE RESORT
The iconic Reef Resort (formerly known as Rendezvous Resort) is one of the best family-friendly resorts in Port Douglas.

Recent upgrades to the Resort, boast a welcoming reception area, a modern restaurant and bar with large deck overlooking the main pool, just perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or cocktails by the pool. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner services are subject to seasonal changes).

Located in the Resort is the second pool and BBQ area, close by to the main pool area.

Our villa has (free) WiFi accessible throughout the villa itself.

The world renowned Four-Mile Beach is an easy 10 minute stroll down a public pathway on the other side of the main road across from the main Resort entrance.

Apart from your own parking space at the villa, there is additional parking at the Resort, a regular shuttle bus service into the Village centre and impressive marina and waterfront.
