Apartment No. 4 is the penthouse of The Point. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A spacious lounge area opens out to a covered veranda stretching the length of the apartment. An outdoor dining setting on the veranda is the perfect place to embrace the winter’s afternoon sun. Enjoy the stunning views over the Coral Sea, Dickson Inlet and the rainforest clad mountains beyond.

A fully equipped kitchen is furnished with granite top benches and modern appliances. The cupboards have a complete inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The master Queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms share a bathroom and each have two single beds which will convert to king beds as required.

There are two TVs; one in the lounge with a DVD, the other in the master bedroom. A WiFi internet connection is also available. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout the apartment.
