The downstairs bedrooms have a private aspect with lush tropical garden views, while on the upper level, the master suite features a balcony with glass balustrade overlooking palm trees, tropical gardens with glimpses of the water and the beach. The property features cool, white marble tiles and soft carpet in the bedrooms. The well equipped kitchen is appointed with granite bench-tops, ample cupboard space and a separate pantry.

This beachfront villa offers beautiful open living / dining areas with many lounging places to curl up with your favorite book. The direct and easy access to the beach makes this villa very attractive for those who love their easy morning and evening strolls along famous Four Mile Beach.
