Residence is located within the very sought after Solander estate , the area is renowned for it's quality beachside homes and convenient four minute drive to the centre of town , or a leisurely walk along the beachfront (approx 30 mins ) . Shuttles also operate every twenty minutes from a stop around the corner to all destinations around Port Douglas . The property contains four bedrooms all very spacious with three queen beds and one room with two single beds , two of the bedrooms have LCD / DVD combo's mounted on the wall and all bedrooms are airconditioned with fans and builtin's . The living room contains a 106 cm plasma with foxtel / stereo and dvd . Internet / wifi are available .There is one ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom with spa bath . The layout is open plan and can easily accomodate up to nine people without being crowded . The property is also available in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Configuration for a maximum of

For relaxing the pool area is fully fenced for child safety and contains a dining area within pool enclosure as well as another on the rear patio with bbq facilities as multiple sunlounges . There are a selection of toys , as well as pool toys for use of younger children at the property . In regards to infants a portacot and high chair are provided for use .
