Located just 150 metres from the from the beautiful coconut fringed shores of "Four Mile Beach" and a short 10-15 minutes walk to town, "Oceans Sounds" is an ideal spot for your tropical escape.

The apartment is located on the second floor within the renowned Portsea Resort & is a dual key apartment with a main entrance door, then two doors that access your accommodation. The doors can be left open to create a free flowing apartment or both doors can be shut to create two seperate rooms.

The main room compromises of an open-plan kitchenette and living area, with wall mounted flat screen TV, and large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that allow you seamless access to the balcony.

The balcony overlooks one of the resort pools and gardens out to the lovely quiet cul-de-sac of Grant St.

This is an ideal position within the resort as the front of the resort faces out to the main entrance road of Port Douglas and another block away from the beach, this allows you to be able to park directly in front of the resort and allows you direct access to the beach from both sides of the cul-de-sac.

To the left of the living area large floor to ceiling wooden doors slide back to a bedroom with large king bed & ensuite. The second room has a king size bed that can be made into king singles, a wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee and tea facilities & ensuite.

The resort has a large pool running through the centre, surrounded by tropical gardens with breakfast served daily from the resort restaurant.

For those tennis enthusiasts a synthetic grass tennis court is located within the grounds of the resort.

Across the road from the main entrance of the resort, you will find the beautiful food of "Zipangu" authentic Japanese restaurant, next door to that is Wharf St bottle shop with a large selection of wines and beers to enjoy on those balmy tropical nights, a little further down you will also find the "Han Court" chinese restaurant.

A short walk along the beach will bring you to the casual dining of Port Douglas Surf Club Bar & Bistro situated right on the beach(Take a look at their online reviews, the chef use to be the head chef of one of Ports top restaurants), and a little further on from that brings you to the main street of town and access to plenty of shops, restaurants & bars.
