The space
Sisanya is situated in The Sands Estate, a exclusive and secure gated community in Port Douglas. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Four Mile beach and a 5 minute drive or 20 minute beach walk to the town centre Macrossan Street.

This custom built 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, has been constructed with the entertainer in mind. It caters for couples, families, and also can accomodate two families while still allowing separate living spaces! Immediately upon entering the home one is met with the feeling of comfort, peace and tranquility. Head outdoors to the alfresco dining/entertaining pavilion, complete with BBQ area where you can simply relax with a drink in hand, sit out around the wading pool or take a dip in the saltwater pool.

Upstairs has an additional 2 bedrooms which share an over-sized bathroom with jetted spa and shower. Additionally, converge in the middle to the media room and enjoy the gentle breezes whilst watching your favourite, movie, sports, or news.

Don't look any further. This home has it all - perfect for our extended family of 8 aged from 60 years to 18 weeks, but the floorplan would work well for two families or 4 or 5 couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Martin's tranquil home.

3 families under one roof. And it worked. What a gorgeous place. Hours spent in the pool, reading books, And just kicking back in the warmth. The wading pool was a hit with the children. The lily pond had all of us watching to see the gorgeous colours of the Lily’s.
The house was fabulous and catered to all our needs.

This is a superb high end house suitable for a large family, or two families as we used it for. Martin is a great host - good communication and set up on arrival. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for some luxury in Port Douglas.
