There are magnificent views from the terrace, living areas and bedrooms across the beach and Coral Sea to the Macalister Range and World Heritage Area. Step out the front door and you are on the Esplanade and the beach. At the back door is Macrossan Street with restaurants, bars, cafes and varied shops.

On the Beach #3 has been refurbished over recent years. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The master has an en-suite, plus a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower is also on this level. Downstairs another shower room and toilet is positioned for convenience.
