Vehicle entry is via a secure, private underground car park and when on foot you simply walk across from the beach and in your door. The ground floor features a central gourmet kitchen open to a dining room to the rear and a beachside entertainment lounge to the front. This lounge has full length glass sliding doors opening to a covered balcony with bbq and outdoor setting overlooking the beach.
The dining room opens to a private rear covered deck with outdoor lounge beside the sunny saltwater pool with sunlounges. Two generous queen bedrooms with stylish ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor, separated by a second entertainment lounge.
