Set in Tropical gardens five minutes walk to Four Mile Beach and with a solar heated pool this property ticks all boxes.

Want to know what's behind the wooden entrance gate? Within the house we offer 2 bedrooms and study , great open plan living dining area along with two bathrooms and the laundry. A few steps to the garden studio takes you to a 3rd bedroom with ensuite facilities a great place for extended family or nanna and pop. The two beds in the house are King size and one can be split into two singles the third bed in the garden studio is also a king.

Outdoor living has been well thought out with separate areas to dine and relax. From the shaded outdoor dining area you can access the garden with swing to relax and perhaps enjoy an afternoon siesta.

In the front garden you will find the heated ( in winter) pool a beautiful resort style pool with shallow area to relax on whilst enjoying an afternoon cocktail

All of this just a few minutes walk to the beach, stroll along the beach to the Four Mile Park where you can join the ladies in the park for morning Tai Chi or walk across to Kai for a great morning coffee. Another great coffee hit can be found across the main Port Douglas Road at St Crispins cafe.
