About this property

This townhouse has FREE WiFi and Foxtel.

It has 2 bedrooms both located upstairs which are airconditioned.The main has a King bed which can be separated into two singles. There is a LCD TV and DVD. Bedroom large enough for trundle/fold away bed as well or porta cot. Balcony located off this bedroom overlooking the garden. Sit here for a relax with a book from the book shelf.

2nd Bedroom has a Queen and Single bed. There is also a trundle ( fold out) bed available.

Portacot (2) available. Additional linen available upon request. This provides a variety of sleeping options particularly for the growing family at an affordable price.

Professionally laundered Linen provided - sheets and towels. Sheets and blanket also provided for porta cot. Beach towels available.

2 bathrooms, 1 located upstairs and 1 downstairs. Bathroom downstairs has a walk in shower. Both contain a toilet.

The unit has a fully self contained kitchen and laundry(down stairs). Washing machine and clothes dryer. LCD televisions located in main bedroom and lounge room. There is a variety of DVDs available including those suitable for young children. DVD players attached to both TVs.

Foxtel available so Victorians can watch the AFL

There is a box of quality Fischer Price toys to entertain the young and board games ( Scrabble, Connect Four, Trouble, UNO) to entertain older children. Pool noodles, beach toys and footballs available. Bookshelf containing books for those that just want to sit and relax. iPod dock/radio mini system in lounge.

Portacot, High Chair, Stroller and Stair Gate available for use. Enquire with owner.

Pool just outside front door. As most of the units are residential, it is most likely you will have the pool to yourselves. Off street car parking available with each unit having their own under cover car park at the back door. The units are extremely quiet.

Property Features and Location

#The unit is not in a resort but it is homely and located within a quiet complex of 9 units which are predominately residential. It is home away from home. All you need to pack are toiletries and clothes.

#Ceiling fans in all rooms, airconditioned and fully fly wired.

#The unit is located in Davidson Street and bus stop located at front gate. Buses running into the village centre (Macrossan Street) every 30 minutes.It is an easy 10 minute walk to Macrossan Street (800m) and the beautiful Four Mile Beach is even closer (150m). The Marina (wharf for access to tours to Great Barrier Reef) is a 10 minute walk.

# Push bikes can be hired locally for a beautiful ride along Four Mile Beach.
