A perfect holiday destination for your next getaway. Relax pool side, enjoy a cocktail at the pool side bar or relax on your patio with a glass of wine. With direct access to Four Mile Beach, you can take a leisurely walk along the beach towards Port Douglas Town or simply enjoy the beach with your family. Indulge yourself at the onsite resort Day Spa (charges apply) or dine at the onsite ALUCO Restaurant. For a small fee you can take the local shuttle bus into Port Douglas, and visit the many restaurants, cafes and bars.

Apartment 109 is a spacious well maintained 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ground floor Apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Bedding can be as follows: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed or 2 king single beds. Please let us know your bedding preference on booking. A portacot is available at no extra charge.

Onsite management does not manage this apartment or hold keys. If any problems occur during your stay, our local representative is only a phone call away and will be available to assist you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY:
This apartment is leased to you and your guests as a holiday rental only, for the stay period stated on your booking. The number of guests should not exceed the number on your booking.

This apartment has bedding for 4 people only. Only guests on the booking will be allowed to stay. No extra guests are allowed. Infants may be an exception. Please check with owner before booking.

NO parties/events/functions allowed at any time.

This apartment and the resort have a NO SMOKING policy.

No pets allowed.

Please be mindful of other guests at the resort. Resort management reserve the right to ask you to leave if you do not follow the resort rules or if there is excessive noise. No refund will be given.

All damages must be paid for.

All personal items are left at your own risk.

Please supervise your children at all times.

A portacot and high chair is available for you to use in the apartment. Guests are responsible for the erection and use of the cot/high chair in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. No responsibility will be taken by the owner for any injury caused using these baby products.
